House of Design and Drafting is a young business with strong emerging designers who strive to achieve top quality home designs. We do not mass produce, we individually design each home to suite YOU its dreamers! We aim to listen to your specific needs and hopes. We design with allergies and health conditions in mind, and we love to design solar passive homes. We are accredited; we care about your future! We believe in the energy saving advantage of smart designing, designing the living environment allowing maximum solar advantage whilst minimising thermal loss, resulting in a cost saving for you. We are HIA members with TCC Accreditation; so you get qualified designers with up to date building and product knowledge. We provide quality house plans prepared for council approval and construction – we do the foot work for you.
